Hulst innovation Cable Equipment b.v. started as a sole proprietorship on July 4, 1994 in Garsthuizen by Tjark Hulst. Currently the company has its seat in Westeremden, Vierburenweg 9, The Netherlands. In recent years, our company has developed still further as an innovative, machine and construction builder. The company provides services to a wide variety of companies. The activities are divided into three target groups:

– Machine construction for the offshore industry
– Carousel buidling for dairy farming
– Bio mass heating construction and installations

Hulst innovation Cable Equipment b.v. works in small team with specialists in the field of hydraulics, electrical-installations, and steel-construction engineers.

HICE’s working method can be characterised as an out of the box approach. The combination of creativity and years of practice experience in the offshore industry HICE placed itself in the market of the cabellay industry. When the job needs to be delivered under label, there is a knowledgeable and enthusiastic team at your disposal.

Some examples of recently delivered machines are: Bowtensioners, Turntables Onshore and Offshore, Cable lay crane’s, Inline tensioners.
